MotoHP 173cc Big Bore Kit

The next MotoHP engine package is now here. Tired of your SCOUT needing to be rebuilt after every race. Or your Stroker SCOUT, trying to turn the piston in the cylinder ?
Our 66mm aluminum-forged pistons are lighter and more dependable than most cast or hypereutectic pistons, giving you the performance you want. Wiseco uses the world’s most advanced forging process followed by an extensive heat-treat and finishing process that assures performance and reliability for your Mini. We had these pistons custom made for MotoHP and will clear the S35 or TB V2 cam.

If your MotoHP 165 is ready to be rebuilt, the new 173cc piston is the answer. Just bore the cylinder and put it back together. You can bore any sleeved 63mm cylinder to accept the new MotoHP race piston. Go Big or Go Home.

MotoHP Cylinder Stud Kit

Tired of blowing head gaskets, breaking studs or stripping threads? With only 4 thin OEM cylinder head studs, the Kawasaki KLX110 / Suzuki DRZ110 is vulnerable to these failures under the stress of high performance applications.

Increased cylinder pressure resulting from higher compression, bigger bore
sizes and stroker cranks causes the head to lift off the cylinder, often resulting in a blown head gasket and a DNF. One of the first issues that we at MotoHP addressed was improving the quality of engine hardware.

Our MotoHP Cylinder Head Studs are a full 8mm in diameter, made from high strength Chrome Moly Steel and are made in the USA! They will easily handle the increased output of your high powered KLX/DR-Z and eliminate
the problems related to the OEM cylinder studs. Install MotoHP Cylinder Head studs today and make worrying about DNF’s a thing of the past.
